We spent Easter break in a hotel in Okinawa. The hotel was spacious and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was good and included fresh local produce. We could connect our devices to the free wifi in the room, the restaurant, and the lobby. The hotel was conveniently located near convenience stores and car rental places. Additionally, there was a free shuttle bus service that took us to the nearby shopping and restaurant district.
The hotel parking was not convenient as it was located in a multi-storey car park next to the hotel, meaning we had to walk a short distance to get to the hotel. The hotel charged extra for parking, which was unexpected.

I loved the convenience of being right next to the port for ferries to nearby islands. This made it very easy for me to plan my day trips. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, especially the spa/onsen with unlimited access passes. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the location was ideal, with a close proximity to shopping areas and local restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is ideally located close to the port with easy access to the islands for enjoying water activities, and also next to a shopping mall for some retail therapy. It’s just a quick drive from the airport too. the staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating to international travelers. the dining room offers a substantial breakfast buffet with many options. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and may include amenities such as L'OCCINATE bath products, and even souvenirs upon check-out.
One of the rooms had a lingering smoking smell, which was not pleasant.

Clean and spacious rooms, great view and central location were the best parts of our recent Easter trip. We enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store nearby and being able to walk to local restaurants. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was located close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
Our experience was marred by the lack of English proficiency among most of the staff. This made communication a bit difficult and frustrating at times.
